1. Using Bizlio
Bizlio is a business management platform for small businesses, freelancers, and contractors in South Africa. By creating an account, you agree to use Bizlio for lawful business purposes and to keep your login details secure.
2. Your account and data
You're responsible for the accuracy of the customer, quote, invoice, and financial information you enter into Bizlio. You own your business data — we don't sell it, and you can export or delete it at any time.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Bizlio offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Business plans, billed monthly in South African Rand. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Bizlio to send spam, defraud customers, or store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or put other users at risk.
5. Availability
We aim to keep Bizlio available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Bizlio evolves. We'll let you know about material changes before they take effect.
